SIM Technology Group Limited disclosed a share repurchase under Hong Kong’s Next Day Disclosure Return requirements after buying back 272,000 ordinary shares on 13 October 2026. The on-market transactions were executed within a price range of HKD 0.315 to HKD 0.320 per share, for a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 0.3175. Aggregate consideration reached HKD 0.09 million.
The repurchased shares represent 0.0128% of SIM Technology’s issued share capital, which stood unchanged at 2.12 billion shares as of the same date because the shares had not yet been cancelled. All 272,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation.
The buyback was conducted under the general mandate granted by shareholders on 5 June 2026, authorizing repurchases of up to 211.90 million shares. Following this latest transaction, roughly 211.63 million shares—99.87% of the original mandate—remain available for future repurchase.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, SIM Technology is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 12 November 2026, a 30-day moratorium triggered by the latest buyback.
The filing was signed by Director and Joint Company Secretary Zhu Wenhui and confirms compliance with all relevant Main Board regulations.
