Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited confirmed that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available in digital format on both the company’s website (https://www.prosperityinvestment.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic version, but they can request printed copies at no cost. To obtain hard copies, shareholders must complete and sign the accompanying Request Form and send it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email the form to 310-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

The company stated that any print-copy preference will remain in effect until shareholders give written notice to the registrar or until the end of each financial year, whichever comes first. Shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address to receive electronic notices; without one, all future notices and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched in printed form.

For queries, shareholders may call Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued on 30 September 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Lam Chee Sum Eddie on behalf of the Board.
