On 24 July 2026, Langu Company Limited (formerly Roma (meta) Group Limited) published its Annual Report 2025/2026 together with the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2025/2026.

The English and Chinese versions of both documents are now accessible on the company website (www.hk8072.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The ESG Report is provided exclusively in electronic format, whereas the Annual Report is available in both electronic and hard-copy forms upon request.

Registered shareholders may, at any time and at no cost, choose among the following options for all corporate communications: • Printed English version only • Printed Chinese version only • Both printed English and Chinese versions • Electronic access with email notification

To obtain printed copies or to amend an existing preference, shareholders should complete the accompanying Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label or by email to ecomhk@boardroomlimited.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive electronic notifications. Until a functional address is recorded, the company will continue to send notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form.
