Culturecom Publishes 2025/26 Annual Report and Confirms Full Transition to Electronic Corporate Communications

Culturecom Holdings Limited announced on 31 July 2026 that its 2025/26 annual report has been released in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) website and the company’s own site. Registered shareholders who had previously opted for hard-copy materials are receiving printed versions in their chosen language.

In line with the HKEX paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, Culturecom confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing routine physical mailings.

To ensure timely delivery of future documents, shareholders are invited to provide an email address by scanning a personalised QR code or returning a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a functional email address, shareholders must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates; additionally, any actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in print.

Shareholders preferring hard copies can request printed materials free of charge by emailing culturecom.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the share registrar. Such requests will remain valid for one year from receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
