Mobvista Inc. disclosed that it repurchased 391,000 ordinary shares on 12 October 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HK$4.66 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HK$11.93 per share, with trades executed between HK$11.81 and HK$12.05.

The transaction reduced Mobvista’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.02% to 1.70 billion shares, while increasing treasury shares to 10.91 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.71 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have been transferred to treasury but not cancelled.

The buyback formed part of the repurchase mandate authorised by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 162.16 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Mobvista has repurchased 10.91 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.67% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Mobvista is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting the moratorium period through 11 November 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
