HKBN Ltd. has scheduled its next board meeting for 27 October 2026. Directors will review and approve the announcement of the company’s second interim results covering the 12-month period ended 31 August 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of a potential second interim dividend.
The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director Ms. Shi Xiaoping, who leads a board comprising two additional executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
The company will release its results and any dividend decision after the board’s deliberations.
