The board of Zhongke Group Holdings Limited announced that Executive Director Yu Ming Ho has submitted his resignation, which will take effect on 31 July 2026. The departure is attributed to other professional and personal commitments.

According to the filing, Yu Ming Ho confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring attention from shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board expressed appreciation for Yu Ming Ho’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the forthcoming change, the board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Li Kam Hung, Yau Yik Ming Leao, Chen Jianyu, Song Yanyang and Kwan Hung Chun Curtus • Non-executive Director: Li Chun Ho • Independent Non-executive Directors: Tam Tsz Hin, Yu Kwan Tseung Alvin, Yuan Fangjun and Zhou Zhengcheng
