I.Century Group (08507) has announced that, following the passing of a special resolution on the proposed change of company name at its annual general meeting held on September 11, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name, confirming that the company's English name has been changed from "i.century Holding Limited" to "China Ecological Land Management Holdings Group Limited," and its Chinese dual foreign name has been changed from "爱世纪集团控股有限公司" to "中国生态土地治理控股集团有限公司," both effective from September 15, 2026.

Following the effective date of the name change, the English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "I.CENTURY HLDG" to "CHI ECO LAND MT," while the Chinese short name will be changed from "爱世纪集团" to "中国生态土地治理," effective from 9:00 a.m. on October 14, 2026.
