Ye Xing Group released its 2026 interim results, reporting revenue of RMB 169.52 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, down 2.1% year-on-year. Despite the marginal top-line decline, net profit rose 35.2% to RMB 17.28 million, supported by tighter cost control and improved margins.

The group’s gross profit increased 9.4% to RMB 47.74 million, lifting the gross margin to 28.2%, three percentage points higher than the prior-year period. Net margin expanded to 10.2%, up from 7.4% a year earlier.

Service mix remained concentrated in property management, which contributed 92.6% of total revenue at RMB 157.05 million (-0.3% YoY). Property developer related services generated RMB 2.06 million (+31.3% YoY), while value-added services fell 25.7% to RMB 10.41 million due to softer resident demand and lower leasing income from common areas.

By geography, the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region accounted for 81.7% of property management revenue, with Beijing contributing 29.9%, Hebei 31.7% and Tianjin 20.1%. Total revenue-bearing gross floor area (GFA) under management stood at 13.42 million sq m, broadly stable year-to-date, spread across 82 projects in 15 mainland cities.

Cost of services declined 5.9% to RMB 121.78 million, reflecting ongoing efficiency measures. Administrative expenses were trimmed 1.6% to RMB 18.61 million, while selling expenses dropped 75.0% to RMB 0.25 million on reduced promotional activity. Impairment losses on trade and other receivables rose to RMB 17.75 million, partly offset by an RMB 11.71 million reversal of impairment on related-party balances.

Total assets reached RMB 486.14 million at 30 June 2026 (+8.3% from end-2025), with cash and bank balances increasing to RMB 158.68 million. Total liabilities rose to RMB 243.80 million, leaving total equity at RMB 242.33 million and a stable liabilities-to-assets ratio of 50.2%. The current ratio remained at 1.4.

No interim dividend was declared. The board cited ongoing industry challenges but reaffirmed its strategy of deepening operational efficiency, expanding value-added services, accelerating digital transformation, and maintaining strict compliance and risk controls to support sustainable growth in the second half of 2026.
