Meta Platforms Introduces AI Tools to Fine-Tune Facebook Algorithms

Meta Platforms (META) is introducing new artificial intelligence-powered tools that allow users to fine-tune Facebook algorithms to see relevant content under the Feed and Reels banner, it said Tuesday.
Facebook will now carry the Your algorithm and the new feedback options under the three-dot menu, allowing users to directly add and manage topics and communicate in their own words about what they want to see on the social media platform, according to a statement.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
